Sales Marketing Analyst

If you are a sales analyst who combines strong analytical ability with retail/CPG/customer knowledge and business storytelling, is skilled at interpreting sales data, identifying trends and growth opportunities, and translating complex findings into clear recommendations for sales and leadership, this role may be for you!

Location: Hybrid - 3 days in office - Deerfield, IL Area
Compensation: $75K–$85KBenefit offerings for full-time employment include collaborative work environment, medical, dental, and more, 401k plan, PTO, WFH benefits, and other perks.
Role Requirements:Bachelor's Degree1–3 years in sales analytics, sales/marketing analytics, sales planning, or customer analyticsExposure to retail, CPG, trade marketing, category management, or customer analyticsUnderstanding of large retailer dynamicsStrong Excel skills working with large datasets plus experience with Power BI or Tableau; SAP experience is a plus.Strong PowerPoint/executive presentation capabilitiesAbility to turn data into actionable insights for nontechnical stakeholders
What You Will Do:Analyze sales performance, KPIs, trends and opportunitiesSupport promotions, pricing, product launches and sales initiativesProvide sales forecasting and planning insightsMonitor competitors, consumer trends and industry developmentsPartner with sales, demand planning, marketing, supply chain and financeSupport leadership with analysis for decision-making and strategic xzbcwsv planningHelp improve reporting methods, sales processes and overall efficiency
