Technical project manager - power electronics

We'll look to you for:

A degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics 10 years of experience or understanding of traction or propulsion systems, specifically for railway or High voltage systems Knowledge of power electronics and high voltage applications, specifically IGBT based solutions Executing traction system projects with cross-functional teams, stretching from mechanical design, software implementation, to electrical design and power electronics Technically lead and drive the railway traction scope within the engineering team Drive and deliver the project from end to end: Conceptual design, Requirements management, interface management, design implementation, test and validation including commissioning. Managing high voltage application projects from conception to deployment Encouraging continuous improvement within the team Ensuring the engineering team delivers state of the art traction project as per timelines and on cost with the right quality Meeting the highest quality standards in engineering deliverables and implementing risk mitigation strategies Familiarity with project management principles and practices Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams Railway experience, especially for the Indian railway market Strong leadership qualities that foster team confidence and respect Strong drive of complex engineering projects of cross functional teams Effective communication and motivational skills
