Key Resposnsibilites
The role involves working as part of a project team based on a manufacturing client site at least 3 days per week. It is ideal for a candidate building their career in project management and will provide you the opportunity to deliver the following:Prepare, coordinate, and support project milestone meetingsLiaise with internal engineering teams to share project updates, resolve issues and facilitate cross-functional problem solvingCommunicate daily with production plants on current and future projectsRespond to Product Planning and Marketing requests for model changesDevelop and monitor project master schedulesTrack and report tasks using standard Project Management tools such as task tracker and risk register
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
The successful candidate will have a combination of the below attributes – this is not a check list:Degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechatronics, Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace, or Motorsport Engineering)Experience in Planning, PMO and CoordinationSome experience in manufacturing through internships, placements or early careersStrong analytical skills and attention to detailFamiliarity with tools like Excel, Tableau, MS ProjectGood communication and stakeholder management skills
