Job Description
Supporting the Business HR VP, Employee Experience VP as well as the Talent and Inclusion VP, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and project support this executive team as well as their leadership team, managing daily logistics and departmental business projects to ensure the executive and their team operate efficiently and effectively using a wide variety of software and digital automation tools. Position Compensation Range: $29.91 - $49.52 Pay Rate Type: Hourly Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. Primary Accountabilities
- Comprehensive Administrative Support – You will optimize the executive's time to align with key business priorities through AI automation and other digital tools to efficiently manage the executive's calendar, travel, expenses and internal and external correspondence with a high degree of autonomy.
- Departmental Project Coordination – You will remain well informed of executive's departmental business initiatives and deliverables to provide maintenance and updates of departmental projects, to prepare meeting materials and to ensure follow-up on action items with relevant business partners.
- Team & Office Coordination – You will serve as central point of contact for the department and handle team-related logistics by maintaining credibility, creating trust and building effective relationships with the executive's senior leadership team.
- Leverage, research and resource digital tools, AI and automation processes to maximize executive effectiveness and automate routine tasks.
- You may be required to complete other assignments or participate in projects based upon skills, achievements, or experience.
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
- Demonstrated experience providing highly effective organizational & time management.
- Demonstrated effective experience of adaptability & resourcefulness.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills and ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with senior leadership, all levels, and maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated experience with event & meeting planning.
- Solid knowledge and skills with AI, automation, software and collaboration platforms.
