Finance & Accounting Associate

This is not your typical finance role. You won't be doing routine compliance work for local businesses. Instead, you'll work alongside some of the fastest-growing tech startups in the country — including AI companies and businesses operating across the US–India corridor. In the last 15 months, we've grown to serve 50 VC-backed startups, and we're looking for sharp, ambitious candidates who want to build real finance, accounting, and strategy skills in a high-growth environment. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting for a portfolio of startup clients Prepare MIS reports and dashboards that founders and CFOs use to run their companies Support investor reporting and board decks for VC-backed startups Assist with financial consolidation across entities, including cross-border (US–India) structures Contribute to strategic finance and business analysis — not just recording numbers, but helping companies make decisions Collaborate with team members across a range of high-stakes client projects Communicate clearly with founders, finance teams, and senior stakeholders Continuously learn and grow in a fast-paced, startup-driven environment Key Areas of Exposure Startup bookkeeping & accounting MIS reporting & founder/CFO dashboards Investor reporting & board decks Financial consolidation (including US–India cross-border) Strategic finance & business analysis Working with AI and high-growth tech companies Skills Required Accounting English proficiency (spoken & written) MS Office / Excel Problem solving Analytical thinking Time management Other Requirements CA Intermediate (Group 1 / Both Groups) cleared Strong fundamentals in accounting and financial reporting Strong analytical and communication skills Willingness to learn, take initiative, and own outcomes Bonus: Any exposure to modern finance tools or startup accounting What We Offer Exposure to startups, AI companies, and cross-border finance that most finance professionals never get to touch Work that goes well beyond traditional CA firm scope — bookkeeping, MIS, consolidation, investor relations, and strategy A steep learning curve with direct access to how high-growth companies operate Mentorship and professional development A supportive, growth-focused environment To apply, send your CV to Please apply only if you meet both conditions: CA Internship completed (or currently in final stages) Comfortable with a compensation range of INR 30,000 – 50,000/month
