Senior Manager Sales (Wedding)

Role Purpose: To drive wedding sales across resorts, contributing to the growing weddings segment (targeting 22% share by 2027). Key Responsibilities: Build and manage relationships with wedding planners, travel agents, and event companies . Drive wedding business for Ambaghat, Dapoli, Himachal, and Uttarakhand resorts. Create customized wedding packages and experiences . Achieve revenue and occupancy targets from weddings. Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless delivery of events. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate/MBA in Sales/Marketing/Event Management. 10 -15 years’ experience in wedding sales or hospitality event sales . Strong network of wedding planners and agencies. Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
