Life Insurance Specialist - Indiana

Field Life Agent $2,500 Sign-On Bonus Payment Terms: $1,000 paid after 30 days of employment, $1,500 paid after 90 days of employment. Position Schedule / Shift: Monday Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm) Position Summary: Drive meaningful growth as a Field Life Agent by building relationships, developing leads, and helping members protect their futures through Life, Health, Annuity, Membership, and Financial Services products. In this role, you'll combine consultative sales, strong product knowledge, and exceptional customer service to uncover needs, close sales, and achieve production goals. You'll also collaborate with branch partners to maximize referrals, cross-sell opportunities, and long-term member satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Sales may contribute 1% to 50% of eligible earnings, either pre or post tax. Company match of 50% paid on employee contributions up to 6% of pay, payable to employees following the end of the year; immediate vesting. Additional company contribution of 4% of pay each pay day into your account; 100% vested after three (3) years of service. Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) options.
