Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our B2 C Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, improving conversion rates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 15+ Inside Sales Executives. Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets. Monitor team KPIs and provide regular coaching and feedback. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Manage the end-to-end sales funnel and lead conversion process. Ensure excellent customer engagement and relationship management. Analyze sales metrics and prepare performance reports. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve business outcomes.

Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline. 3–5 years of Inside Sales experience, preferably in the Ed-Tech industry. Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience. Experience managing a team of 15+ sales professionals. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Hands-on experience with CRM and sales automation tools. Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English and Hindi; Kannada will be an added advantage.
