OverviewA leading manufacturer is seeking a Project Engineer to support large-scale manufacturing operations. This role will lead capital projects involving new equipment, processes, and production systems, with a focus on improving quality, efficiency, and cost. Key ResponsibilitiesLead capital projects from planning and budgeting through installation, commissioning, and startupDefine project scope, timelines, budgets, and equipment requirementsEvaluate vendors and coordinate contractors, production, maintenance, and other departmentsIdentify and implement improvements in safety, quality, throughput, and costTroubleshoot production and equipment issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
QualificationsExperience in project engineering, project management, or manufacturing engineeringEngineering degree or equivalent hands-on manufacturing and capital project experienceBasic knowledge of 3D CAD/modeling softwareUnderstanding of manufacturing equipment, xzbcwsv processes, and engineering principlesExperience with Lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, or process improvement is a plus
Salary & Schedule$85,000–$130,000, depending on experience and qualifications; potential sign-on bonuses for senior-level hiresMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, primarily first shift. Occasional second-shift or weekend support may be required
