Summary

The Insurance and Sales Specialist works to achieve customer success.

Duties and Responsibilities

Handles all insurance calls and questions about benefits

Handles all sales with the direction of the marketing team

Knows when to bring on as a new customer or to refer out

Handles all basic patient collections calls through call center.

Meets production expectation of 90% adherence to schedule

Provides 85% service level within 30 seconds

Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Lift up to 15 pounds at times

Education Required

High School or better
