You'll be: Operating milling and CNC production lines to manufacture parts Setting up woodworking and plastics processing machines, troubleshooting issues as needed Using computers for machine programming and material transactions Working with both Imperial and Metric measuring systems Reading and interpreting technical drawings and instructions Managing inventory movements and documentation Assisting in quality control and collaborating with team members Maintaining safety and cleanliness on the shop floor Performing other duties as assigned This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Are at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent (advanced education a plus) Have a minimum of 5 years' experience with production equipment Bring experience with woodworking/plastics machinery (preferred) Possess basic reading, writing, math, and technical drawing skills Can pass a pre-employment drug screening Are dependable, punctual, and an effective team player and communicator Have basic computer literacy and mechanical aptitude Are comfortable working with measurements and technical documents Have strong attention to detail, a safety focus, and a willingness to learn Can bend, lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and use tools Are able to operate a forklift (training provided) Have good visual and hearing capacity and can work in variable warehouse conditions What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
