Scientist (Primary Cells & Cell Biology)

We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on scientist with a strong background in mammalian cell culture and cellular biology to join our R or An MS degree with significant equivalent industry or research experience Required Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture Experience isolating and culturing primary cells from human and/or animal tissues Strong understanding of cellular and molecular biology principles Experience independently designing, executing, and troubleshooting experiments Strong analytical, organizational, and scientific communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced research environment Preferred Experience: Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable: Stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) 3D cell culture, spheroids, and organoids Extracellular vesicles (EVs) and exosomes Flow cytometry and cell sorting Immunocytochemistry and immunofluorescence PCR, RT-qPCR, ELISA, Western blotting, or related molecular biology techniques Regenerative medicine, cell therapy, or tissue engineering applications Demonstrated evidence of scientific accomplishment, innovation, productivity, and technical excellence is highly desirable.
