The Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer who is passionate about design, trends, and technology. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to start their career in a dynamic studio environment where you'll work across concept design, space planning, market research, and digital brand presence. You'll work closely with senior designers, learning the ropes while contributing your energy and ideas.

Key Responsibilities

● Assisting in conceptualizing and developing interior design solutions for luxury residential/commercial projects

● Assisting the principal architects with various tasks including but not exclusive to designing, meetings, presentations.

● Prepare mood boards, layouts, 2D/3D drawings, and material/finish selections

● Support senior designers in developing material boards and client presentations

● Meet and coordinate directly with clients to understand requirements, present design concepts, and address feedback

● Communicate confidently and fluently in English during client meetings, presentations and calls

● Manage the studio's social media accounts — plan content calendars, create posts/reels showcasing projects, and engage with the community

● Support in developing, updating, and maintaining the studio website

● Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, other similar softwares) to support research, ideation, and content creation.

Required Skills & Experience

● Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Interior Design (recent graduates encouraged to apply)

● Strong understanding of concept design and space planning principles

● Genuine curiosity about new materials, furniture, and lighting trends; identify emerging trends and recommend ways to incorporate them into ongoing projects

● Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

● Presentable, confident, and comfortable engaging with clients

● Social media handling — capturing project progress, site visits, and finished spaces to keep the brand's online presence fresh and engaging

● Coordinate site shoots for completed projects — liaising with photographers and stylists on shoot planning, styling direction, and schedules

● Exposure to website development platforms is an added advantage

● Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI tools — e.g., Midjourney/DALL·E/Stable Diffusion for design visualization, ChatGPT/Claude for content and client communication drafting, and AI-powered rendering tools 

● Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail

● Eagerness to learn and take initiative across design and digital tasks
