Marketing Specialist

• Promotion Plan: Develop brand and product promotion strategies for Solis in Pakistan, covering media placement, online & offline campaigns, exhibitions and other marketing initiatives. Enhance Solis brand awareness across Pakistan and support market share growth in the region.
• Plan Execution: Lead the implementation and delivery of promotion plans to ensure brand marketing performance in Pakistan, underpin product sales targets, and take ownership of brand building and new product promotion outcomes.
• Social Media Management: Manage regular social media content updates and brand marketing campaigns to boost follower growth and engagement. Explore resource exchange with communities and fan groups, and develop and maintain partnerships with industry KOLs.
• Media Relations: Draft press releases, serve as the primary point of contact for industry media, nurture media relationships, and maximize exposure from media spend. Act as an overseas brand spokesperson for selected events and attend interviews with international media.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the main marketing contact for customers and other partners, maintain partner relationships, and support the sales team with new customer acquisition and existing account retention.
• Undertake other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in brand building, PR & media management, and exhibition organization at headquarters or regional level for reputable companies (domestic or international).
• Proficient in office tools including Excel, Word, Forms, PowerPoint, etc.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team. Creative mindset with a drive for continuous improvement, strong attention to detail, and the capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing organisation.
• Must be fluent in English (native or near-native proficiency). Demonstrated track record in B2B marketing and media management, preferably within the solar industry. Excellent written and spoken English. Additional languages are preferred but not mandatory.
