Remote Cruise Sales Consultant – India Worldwide Cruises is looking for an experienced Cruise Sales Consultant to join our fast-paced sales team, working remotely from India. Important: You must have at least two years of recent, proven cruise sales experience. Candidates without this experience will not be considered. General travel experience alone is not sufficient. Responsibilities Sell cruises and bespoke cruise holidays to worldwide destinations Handle customer enquiries by telephone, email and social media Recommend suitable cruise lines, ships, itineraries, cabins and packages Prepare quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings Sell cruise-only, fly-cruise, cruise-and-stay and tailor-made packages Offer flights, hotels, transfers, excursions and other travel products Follow up sales leads and achieve individual sales targets Provide excellent customer service before and after each sale Maintain strong knowledge of cruise products, promotions and destinations Essential Experience and Skills Minimum two years’ recent cruise sales experience Proven record of converting cruise enquiries into bookings Strong knowledge of major cruise lines, ships, cabins and destinations Experience using cruise-line booking systems and supplier platforms Excellent spoken and written English Confident telephone sales and customer-service skills Ability to work independently in a remote position Reliable internet connection and a suitable home-working environment Flexibility to work UK business hours, including weekends where required Benefits Competitive salary Excellent uncapped commission structure Commission paid on deposit bookings Fully remote position based in India Discounted travel for family members Opportunity to join an established UK cruise company How to Apply Your application must clearly state: The cruise companies or travel agencies you have worked for How many years of cruise sales experience you have The cruise lines and booking systems you have experience using Applications without at least two years of direct cruise sales experience will not be considered.
