Scrum / Project Manager

• Coordinate sprints, and conduct sprint planning, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
• Ability to define backlog, and sprints, and conduct scrum events.
• Ability to organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.
• Ability to create and manage backlogs, sprints, and SQA to ensure the quality of the product.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 06 months - 01 years of experience in scrum master or project coordinator role
• Work with the product owner and technical leads to define project scope and timeline.
• Good understanding of Tracking Tools such as jira,Open Project etc.
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
• Coach team members in agile frameworks.
• Assist in technical documentation.
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint and product delivery.
