Job Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Life Insurance Agency Sales Leader to drive business growth and lead high-performing agency teams across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Area Managers and agency sales teams.
- Drive regional sales performance and achieve business targets.
- Recruit, coach, and develop agency leaders and sales teams.
- Improve branch productivity, premium renewals, and persistency.
- Monitor branch performance through regular reviews and planning.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations across the region.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
Eligibility:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Post-graduation is preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in the Life Insurance Agency Channel .
- Minimum 9 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Strong experience in team handling, agency recruitment, sales management, and business development.
- Good knowledge of life insurance products, agency operations, and sales processes.
