Responsibilities:Manage customer accounts and collection activitiesFollow up on past-due invoices and payment discrepanciesWork cross-functionally with customers and internal teamsAnalyze aging reports and prioritize collection effortsAssist with process improvements and support team initiatives
Qualifications:3+ years of collections and/or accounts receivable experienceStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with ERP systems and Excel
