Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Eligibility Analyst will manage eligibility determinations, assist clients with benefits inquiries, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Key responsibilities Conduct eligibility assessments and process benefit applications efficiently Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to eligibility and benefits Maintain accurate records and documentation while adhering to deadlines and compliance standards Required qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent Minimum 1-2 years of experience in eligibility and/or benefits Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service-driven environment Exceptional data entry skills with a high attention to detail Proficiency in using MS Excel and Word
