Job Title: Online Spanish Teacher (Ages 3–17) Location: Remote (Work from Home) Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Compensation: ₹25,000 per month Timing : 10-6 pm About the Role We are seeking an energetic, dedicated, and DELE-qualified Spanish Teacher to deliver interactive online Spanish lessons to young learners aged 3 to 17. In this role, you will create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences—ranging from play-based, conversational activities for early learners to structured grammar and exam preparation for teenagers. This is a 100% remote position allowing you to teach from the comfort of your home while helping students build fluency and confidence in Spanish. Key Responsibilities * Live Online Instruction: Conduct dynamic online Spanish classes tailored to children and teenagers (Ages 3–17), adapting lessons based on age group and proficiency. * Engaging Lesson Delivery: Utilize interactive digital tools, gamified learning, storytelling, and conversation practices to keep young learners engaged. * DELE Framework Integration: Guide older students through structured vocabulary, grammar, and formal DELE exam preparation standards. * Progress Assessment: Monitor student development, conduct periodic evaluations, and provide clear constructive feedback to students and parents. * Classroom Management: Maintain an encouraging, patient, and structured digital classroom environment that fosters confidence. Requirements & Qualifications * Certification: Official DELE qualification/certification (or equivalent Spanish language credentials ) * Experience: Prior experience teaching Spanish to children and teenagers (Ages 3–17). * Technical Setup: High-speed internet connection, a quiet environment, and a laptop/PC equipped with a working webcam and headset. * Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with young students and communicate professionally with parents. * Soft Skills: High energy, patience, creativity, and strong digital classroom organization.
