Experience Required: Strong experience in Ortho Division with exposure across overall Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling and leading the sales team across Uttar Pradesh
• Driving sales growth and achieving business targets
• Managing distributor and channel networks
• Monitoring team performance, reporting, and market expansion
• Building strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, and key clients
• Planning sales strategies and geographical expansion activities

Required Skills:

• Strong Ortho division experience
• Geographical knowledge of Northern India market
