Junior HR Analyst at BairesDev

As a Junior Human Resources Analyst, you will support core HR operations and people-related processes, contributing to a positive employee experience. You will work closely with HR, leadership, and employees to ensure the smooth execution of HR initiatives and daily operations.

What You'll Do:

• Support daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records.
• Assist with recruitment coordination and candidate communication.
• Help maintain HR systems, documentation, and data accuracy.
• Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
• Assist in organizing training, development, and HR programs.
• Support compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

What We Are Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in human resources, people operations, or administrative roles.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes, labor practices, and employee lifecycle.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Willingness to learn and grow in human resources.
• Advanced level of English.
