Their Charlotte division runs multiple ground-up projects at any given time tilt-wall, industrial, office, and mixed-use typically in the $20M-$80M range. Low turnover at the superintendent level tells you a lot about how they treat their field leaders. The Role They're looking for a Lead Superintendent to own large ground-up commercial projects from sitework through closeout. You'll run the site, manage subcontractor coordination, drive schedule, and be the face of the project to the owner and design team. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role, not a desk job.
