RRBB Accountants + Advisors, is hiring! RRBB Accountants + Advisors is an independent, full-service accounting and advisory firm specializing in accounting and consulting services for businesses and individuals. We currently have offices in Somerset, NJ; Union, NJ; Wall, NJ; Clark, NJ; and NYC, NY. Join a rapidly growing organization with a strategic vision and dynamic plan.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for marketing campaigns, digital channels, CRM activity, events, and business development pipeline performance.
Analyze audience segments, lead sources, conversions, attribution, website activity, campaign effectiveness, and marketing ROI.
Identify trends and opportunities related to client acquisition, retention, engagement, and cross-selling.
Conduct market and competitive research to support growth initiatives and strategic decision-making.
Partner with Marketing, Business Development, Finance, and leadership to improve reporting, data quality, and operational efficiency.
Recommend improvements to campaign strategy, audience targeting, channel mix, and resource allocation.
Support forecasting, benchmarking, executive dashboards, and leadership reporting.
Maintain data integrity across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and reporting platforms.
Identify and resolve gaps in tracking, tagging, segmentation, and attribution.
Translate complex data into clear insights, presentations, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, CRM reporting, campaign analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
Professional services or B2B experience preferred; accounting, consulting, legal, or financial services experience highly valued.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
Experience with BI/data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau .
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot , or similar systems.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, marketing automation, email marketing, digital metrics, audience segmentation, and attribution .
SQL/database reporting experience preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and project management skills with the ability to translate data for non-technical audiences.
Success in This Role
Success will be measured through campaign ROI, lead generation and conversion, client acquisition and retention, pipeline growth, digital performance, reporting accuracy, data quality, and actionable insights provided to leadership.
