Senior manager sales (wedding)

Role Purpose: To drive wedding sales across resorts, contributing to the growing weddings segment (targeting 22% share by 2027).

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage relationships with wedding planners, travel agents, and event companies. Drive wedding business for Ambaghat, Dapoli, Himachal, and Uttarakhand resorts. Create customized wedding packages and experiences. Achieve revenue and occupancy targets from weddings. Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless delivery of events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate/MBA in Sales/Marketing/Event Management. 10 -15 years' experience in wedding sales or hospitality event sales. Strong network of wedding planners and agencies. Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
