Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Manager to join our Mumbai team for IICS 2026. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on managing end-to-end relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and key stakeholders. You will act as the primary point of contact for all exhibitor and sponsor-related marketing and promotional activities, ensuring a seamless client experience from onboarding to event execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage exhibitor and sponsor relationships: Serve as the main liaison for all communication related to promotions, branding and event participation. Coordinate internal teams: Work closely with sales, operations, marketing and production teams to ensure timely execution of client commitments. Onboard and support clients: Guide exhibitors and sponsors through onboarding processes, deliverable submissions and event timelines. Track deliverables and information flow: Collate exhibitor information, monitor marketing assets, and ensure all commitments are completed accurately and on schedule. Ensure smooth event execution: Support clients before and during the exhibition, addressing queries and coordinating solutions promptly.

Requirements

3–4 years of experience in client servicing or account management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong coordination and relationship-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Power Point. Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, including extended hours during peak event periods. Prior experience in the exhibitions or events industry is highly preferred.
