Job Highlights

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience

Hands-on industrial maintenance position

Opportunity to expand mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment

Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical equipment problems

Respond to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests

Repair or replace worn and damaged equipment components

Inspect machinery and identify developing issues before they cause extended downtime

Document completed maintenance and communicate unresolved issues during shift handoffs

Requirements

Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred

General mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting experience

Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment

Basic electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, or fabrication experience is a plus

Ability to follow lockout/tagout and other required safety procedures

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and lift tools, parts, and materials as required
