Leading Regional Law Firm Senior Litigation Paralegal Midtown Manhattan, NY Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 About the Opportunity: DNA Partners is partnering with a respected regional law firm to identify an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal for its Midtown Manhattan office. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented litigation professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record supporting complex litigation matters through all phases of the case lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Oversee case management activities, including file organization, discovery coordination, calendaring, and trial preparation. Draft, prepare, and file court documents while serving as a liaison with attorneys, courts, experts, and third-party vendors. Support e-discovery initiatives, document review, legal research, and case database management. Coordinate logistics and provide support for depositions, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably within an AmLaw 100 firm or sophisticated litigation practice. Strong knowledge of federal and state court procedures, including filing experience in New York and New Jersey. Advanced proficiency with Relativity, PACER, Westlaw, Lexis+, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional organizational, communication, multitasking, and case management abilities.
