Agile Delivery & Facilitation Lead

IXO is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Lead to create sprint-planning, backlog, impediment and retrospective cases. You will explain facilitation decisions within the team context and evaluate whether agile guidance supports delivery and healthy team dynamics. The role requires at least 2 years leading software delivery with full ceremony-cycle experience, clear English, and a commitment of at least 10 hours per week.
