We're looking for an experienced Head of Business Development to drive revenue growth, acquire enterprise clients, build strategic partnerships, and expand our presence in the real estate, PropTech, and branding ecosystem.

• Drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Acquire and manage relationships with real estate developers, CXOs, and strategic partners.
• Lead the complete B2B sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure.
• Develop strategic partnerships and identify new market opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated branding, visualization, digital, and AI solutions.
• Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, forecasting, and business reports.

• 8–12 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Partnerships.
• Preferred background in Real Estate, PropTech, Branding, Marketing, Architecture, SaaS, or Technology.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals.

• Work directly with the founders on high-impact projects.
