Architect / Interior Designer – Design Development & Drafting

About the role Graniti Vicentia is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Architect or Interior Designer with strong Design Development and professional drafting experience . This role is focused on developing hospitality and interior architecture projects from concept through design development, with a strong emphasis on producing accurate, coordinated, and professionally structured drawing packages. The ideal candidate will have advanced SketchUp and SketchUp Layout skills and experience preparing comprehensive interior design and architectural drawing sets. Key responsibilities Develop hospitality and interior architecture projects from design concept through Design Development . Prepare interior design drawing sets, architectural drawing sets, and line drawings . Produce plans, elevations, sections, detailed drawings, and millwork drawings . Coordinate drawings and project information with designers, architects, and project managers. Prepare clear, accurate, and well-organized drawing packages suitable for client, brand, and production review . Ensure drawing coordination, consistency, and adherence to project standards and templates. Essential software skills SketchUp – Advanced / Professional SketchUp Layout – Advanced / Professional AutoCAD – Good professional level SketchUp and SketchUp Layout are mandatory , as they are the primary platforms used to develop our Interior Design and Design Development drawing packages. Experience with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, D5, or other visualization/BIM tools will be considered an advantage but is not essential. Candidate profile We are looking for professionals who are: Highly organized and structured in their work approach. Accurate and detail-oriented. Comfortable working with drawing standards, templates, and structured drawing sets . Fast and efficient in drafting. Able to interpret architectural and interior design information and translate it into coordinated technical drawings. Team-oriented and able to follow established project standards and procedures. This position is focused primarily on Design Development and professional drafting , rather than conceptual design. Experience Experience in hospitality, hotel, multifamily residential, or similar interior architecture projects is highly preferred, particularly experience preparing professional construction documentation and design development drawing packages . Language Good professional English communication skills (written and spoken) are required. The role involves regular coordination with teams in the United States and Italy .
