Position Overview

Zeal Med Staffing is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join a modern, growing dental practice in Oklahoma City, OK . With a primarily Monday–Thursday schedule , 30% of net production , and a comprehensive benefits package, this opportunity offers an attractive combination of earning potential and work-life balance.

Schedule & Compensation

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday

• Friday may also be available for additional earning potential

• Compensation: 30% of net production

• Established patient flow

• Full clinical and administrative support

Clinical Scope

This practice is looking for a well-rounded dentist who is comfortable providing comprehensive care, including:

• Comprehensive exams and treatment planning

• Fillings and restorative dentistry

• Crowns and bridges

• Root canals, including molar endodontics

• Routine and surgical extractions

• Single implant placement

• Preventive and hygiene-related care

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, productive environment , managing two columns of clinical dentistry while effectively overseeing and supporting hygiene.

You'll work alongside experienced hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative team members, allowing you to focus on delivering efficient, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

• Active Oklahoma dental license in good standing

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience

• Experience with surgical extractions

• Experience with single implant placement

• Comfortable performing molar endodontics

• Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning skills

• Excellent patient communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, team-oriented practice
