New Graduate Registered Nurse

TriStar Health seeks a New Graduate Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a patient-first, safety-focused environment. Working alongside experienced RNs and physicians, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and accurately document in the EMR. As part of a structured nurse residency, you will receive mentorship, ongoing education, and skills training.
