Sales Enablement Associate: Core Responsibilities: Coordinate enablement program logistics — training sessions, workshops, onboarding. Maintain enablement content in a content repository tool, including tagging and version control. Support Salesforce and Gong administration from an enablement perspective. Track participation and completion data; support adoption/engagement reporting. Key Requirements & Experience: 2–3 years in sales enablement, sales operations, or a coordination role. Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and a content repository tool, or willingness to learn. Strong organization and written communication skills. Comfortable managing multiple priorities cross-functionally. AI-fluent — comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to speed up day-to-day work, and eager to keep pace with new tools as they emerge.
