Working Days: Monday–Saturday | 2nd & 4th Saturdays off

Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹45,000 per month

About the Role

This is our first dedicated client servicing hire — you'll own the relationship layer between our global client base and production team. You'll handle a portfolio of accounts end-to-end, working directly with senior leadership and getting real visibility into how a growing studio runs.

Client Ownership

• Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationships
• Resolve client concerns and escalations promptly and professionally
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts — new services, additional projects, larger scopes
• Maintain accurate records of client details, ongoing projects, feedback, and approvals

Project Coordination

• Run daily checks on every client's work status, timelines, and deliverables so nothing slips.
• Coordinate with editors, designers, and operations to keep workflow moving smoothly
• Translate client requirements, feedback, and revisions clearly to internal teams — and internal constraints clearly back to clients.

What You Bring

• 6 months–2 years in client servicing, account management, or a similar client-facing role
• Fluent written and spoken English — mandatory , as you'll be communicating with clients across the globe.
• Proven ability to build trust and retain clients
• Comfort juggling multiple accounts and deadlines without losing detail
• Proactive, solutions-first approach to problems

Experience in a creative, media, or post-production environment is a plus, but not required.
