Job Post: Delivery Head oss multiple client and internal initiatives. This is a high-impact role for a results-driven professional who thrives on turning complex scopes into on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes while maintaining complete visibility on timelines, budgets, risks, and team performance. Location: Chennai Exp: 8-12 years What You’ll Own End-to-end delivery of assigned projects — from kickoff through final handover — ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, within budget, and at the expected quality standard. Breaking down project scope into clear milestones, tasks, timelines, budgets, and team-level execution plans. Daily progress tracking, early identification of delays or cost overruns, and decisive corrective action. Full budget ownership: defining budgets, monitoring costs and burn rates, flagging deviations, managing scope changes with proper approvals, and delivering regular forecasts and reports. Coordinating cross-functional teams (artists, developers, technical artists, designers, coordinators, and external partners) with clear ownership, priorities, deadlines, and budget awareness. Serving as the primary delivery point of contact for clients and internal leadership — providing transparent updates on progress, risks, blockers, budget status, and next steps while managing expectations around timelines, quality, and scope. Establishing robust quality checkpoints, coordinating internal reviews and QA, and ensuring client feedback is actioned and closed. Maintaining visibility on risks, blockers, scope creep, and bottlenecks; escalating early with context and solutions; and driving items to resolution. Building and refining delivery trackers, dashboards, status reports, processes, and documentation standards so nothing falls through the cracks. What We’re Looking For 7 years of strong project, production, or delivery management experience, ideally in creative production, animation, gaming, Unreal Engine, virtual production, immersive tech, interactive applications, or CGI pipelines. Proven ability to manage project budgets, resource utilization, cost optimization, and financial reporting. Experience leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams of artists, developers, designers, and technical talent. Excellent communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills — comfortable converting vague requirements into actionable plans and managing high-pressure client-facing delivery. Strong command of production pipelines, creative workflows, and technical dependencies. Discipline in documentation, reporting, and process improvement (familiarity with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Google Sheets/Excel, Slack, or Teams is a plus). A practical, problem-solving mindset with the ability to see the full picture — client expectations, team progress, quality, financial health, and hidden risks — and drive real closure, not just activity. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Technology, Media, Animation, Engineering, Finance, or a related field preferred. Hindi (read, write & speak) is a bonus.
