The Opportunity Are you a Senior Business Analyst looking to move beyond standard backlog refining and ticket management?
A global Fortune 50 pharmaceutical logistics leader is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to take direct ownership of external B2B client portals, reporting ecosystems, and digital transformation across their 3PL network. Sitting at the heart of Client Integration, Data Analytics and Reporting, you will act as a strategic catalysttransforming how enterprise pharma clients interact with supply chain data.
Key Responsibilities Client Portal Innovation: Lead functional requirements and end-to-end design for external B2B client portalsenhancing self-service capabilities, real-time shipment visibility, and automated data exchange.
Advanced BI & Reporting Visibility: Translate complex supply chain operations into clear reporting specifications; design high-impact executive dashboards and reporting suites in Power BI / Tableau .
Bridge Business & Data Engineering: Collaborate directly with internal data engineering teams working on Databricks and integration middleware ( Axway ) to define robust data pipelines for client visibility.
AI & Automation Scoping: Identify operational bottlenecks across client workflows to scope quick-win automation, low-code solutions ( Power Platform ), and predictive analytics initiatives.
End-to-End Delivery: Facilitate discovery workshops, map complex user journeys, build compelling business cases, and manage change adoption across commercial and technical teams.
What We're Looking For Domain Experience: Proven BA track record within 3PL, logistics, or highly regulated environments ( Pharmaceutical background is a major plus ).
Client Platforms: Demonstrated experience gathering requirements for external B2B/B2C portals, client integration workflows, or EDI/middleware systems.
Reporting & Data Fluency: Strong functional or hands-on understanding of BI reporting tools ( Power BI / Tableau / SQL ) and data modeling principles.
Modern Tech Aptitude: Exposure to low-code automation (Power Apps/Power Automate) or working alongside data engineering teams is highly desirable.
Agile & Delivery Skills: Fluent in modern delivery frameworks using Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
