About the Role

We are looking for a Senior PPC & Performance Marketing Expert with strong hands‑on experience in paid digital marketing, specifically within the UK legal/immigration market .

This role is for someone who understands performance marketing beyond strategy — someone who can personally build, manage, optimise and scale campaigns across multiple platforms with a clear focus on lead generation and ROI .

We need a results‑driven person who knows how to generate high-quality enquiries , reduce CPL, improve conversion rates, and scale campaigns profitably.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing)
• Manage Meta Ads across Facebook & Instagram
• Build and optimise TikTok Ads campaigns
• Keyword research, competitor analysis and audience targeting for UK legal services
• Daily budget monitoring, bid optimisation, A/B testing and campaign scaling
• Conversion tracking setup via GTM, GA4 and pixel integrations
• Landing page performance optimisation focused on lead conversion
• Analyse performance data and provide clear reporting on ROAS, CPL, CPA and conversions
• Work closely with content, design and web teams to improve campaign performance
• Generate qualified leads specifically for UK legal and immigration services

Requirements

Must Have

• Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on PPC / Performance Marketing experience
• Proven experience running paid campaigns in the UK market
• Strong practical experience with:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • GA4
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Conversion Tracking
  • Remarketing / Retargeting
• Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and landing page optimisation
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Experience in law firm / legal services / immigration marketing is highly preferred
