Auri Aesthetics is a premium Semi-Permanent Makeup (PMU) studio specializing in Microblading, Combination Brows, Ombre Powder Brows, Lip Blush, and Lip Neutralization. We are committed to providing exceptional client experiences through high-quality treatments and personalized care.

We are looking for a Front Desk Executive & Sales Coordinator who enjoys interacting with clients, has excellent communication skills, and is confident in handling enquiries and appointments.

• Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional experience.
• Handle enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and walk-ins.
• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and aftercare.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments through effective communication and follow-up.
• Manage appointments and maintain the daily schedule.
• Coordinate with the PMU artist to ensure smooth client flow.
• Process payments, generate invoices, and maintain client records.
• Capture treatment photos and videos for social media and marketing (with client consent).
• Maintain studio cleanliness, presentation, and client hospitality.
• Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Marathi is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with prospective clients and following up on enquiries.
• Proficient with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
