Program Manager | Aerospace Electronics |9 - 10 Years| Bengaluru

Program Manager to support project planning, tracking, reporting, and coordination activities. The candidate should have a good understanding of project management fundamentals and be proficient in Microsoft Project and Excel-based reporting. The role involves working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to monitor project progress, manage schedules, track deliverables, and support successful project execution for Aerospace and defense projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in planning and execution of projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project .
• Track project milestones, activities, dependencies, and timelines.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Perform data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
• Support project tracking activities related to schedule, cost, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project activities.
• Maintain project documentation and action trackers.
• Support project review meetings and follow up on action items.

Required Skills & Experience

• 9 years of experience in Project Management / Project Coordination roles.
• Good understanding of project management processes and methodologies.
• Microsoft Project - Project planning | Scheduling | Tracking | Reporting

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)
• Project management certification (PMP/CAPM or equivalent) is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of project management tools and reporting systems.
• Experience preparing project dashboards and management presentations.
• Basic understanding of project metrics such as: EVM | CPI | SPI
