About the Role

Shree Ram Property is hiring a Sales Executive for our commercial and industrial real estate division. This is a field-based sales role that requires regular client meetings, property site visits, lead follow-ups, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
• Contact prospective clients through calls and follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable commercial and industrial properties.
• Schedule and conduct property site visits.
• Meet clients at project locations and office.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Update lead details in CRM and maintain sales records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and frequent local travel.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM is preferred.
• Real estate sales experience is an advantage; freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
• Candidates should be punctual, professional, and willing to visit project sites as required.
