Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise and represent Nayatel in dealing with external government and regulatory organizations, acquiring NOCs and permissions from governmental bodies for right of way (ROW) for installing fiber networks, coordination with Local Government, TMAs, District Administration, GEPCO, Police, PEMRA, PTA, Railways, Irrigation Department, etc.
• Proactively liaise with local police and District Administration for resolving conflicts.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with government officials and administrative offices.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and documentation to support compliance and legal processes.
• Will be responsible for Gujranwala Division including Sialkot and Daska.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree and above or Retired Captain/Major from Armed Forces
• 4 years+ of experience in a similar external liaison, legal affairs, or government relations role.
• Must be confident, tactful, and resilient in navigating bureaucratic processes.
• Willingness to travel and work in field environments when required.
• Must be social with excellent public relation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Honest, ethical and willing to take ownership of the work.
