Role Description

The Social Media Manager role at Astarte Sportswear is a part-time, on-site position based in Sialkot. This role involves managing and growing the company’s presence across social media platforms, including planning content calendars, creating posts, and optimizing engagement. The Social Media Manager will monitor channel performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to support brand awareness and customer acquisition. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing and production teams to showcase new products, coordinating campaigns and promotions, responding to audience comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The role also includes staying up to date with social media trends, competitor activity, and best practices to ensure effective digital communication.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand channels effectively.
• Strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content for diverse audiences.
• Ability to develop and implement Content Strategy tailored to sportswear and fitness wear markets.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and basic analytics tools.
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, preferably in apparel, sportswear, or related consumer goods sectors.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working on-site in Sialkot and collaborating with cross-functional teams in production and sales.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required if experience is equivalent.
