Senior HRIS Applications Analyst

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior HRIS Applications Analyst will serve as a Workday subject matter expert, responsible for configuring and optimizing HR systems while collaborating with HR, Finance, Benefits, and IT teams. Key responsibilities Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules including Core HCM, Absence Management, and Payroll Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to Workday, including time off inconsistencies and benefit integration issues Partner with business stakeholders to create custom reports and dashboards, and support change management efforts with documentation and training Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of HRIS experience with hands-on expertise in Workday configuration and implementation Demonstrated experience supporting multiple Workday modules such as HCM, Benefits, and Payroll Strong knowledge of Workday integration tools, including Workday Studio and EIB Curiosity and experience using AI tools to improve and automate HR processes
