Saif Group is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to support the planning, execution, and supervision of its construction projects. The ideal candidate brings at least 10 years of relevant experience, strong technical judgment, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams, contractors, and consultants

Key responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities and monitor progress against project plans and schedules.
• Review drawings, specifications, and method statements, and coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor workmanship, materials, inspections, and quality control procedures.
• Support project planning, progress reporting, and documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and other departments to address site requirements.
• Promote compliance with applicable building codes, project requirements, and health and safety procedures.
• Identify delays, risks, or site issues and recommend practical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• At least 10 years of relevant civil engineering experience, preferably in construction or real estate development.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, materials, quality control, and site coordination.
• Ability to manage priorities and communicate clearly with project teams and stakeholders.
• PEC registration is an advantage.
