Head of Country - Technology Contract Recruitment

$140-170k+ Base high OTE plus Profit Share

The Job

• Work from their Chicago office growing a team around you and growing the division across the US .
• They cover the Technology spectrum but have a foothold in AI and Cyber currently . Also have different professional services business lines you can leverage from
• Have the gravitas to pick off the contract roles from their existing client base.
• Leverage your existing Tech vertical expertise to ensure a secure take off
• Lead from the front with your BD acumen
• As you scale, implement a plan for expansion and grow across the US.

About You

• Hands-on , probably annoyed that you don't have access to a superb back office, training, marketing and resourcing teams.
• Comfortable with leading from the front
• Tech recruitment professional who understands the complexities of working with many tech clients.

Salary and Package

• Up to $140k-170k high OTE
• PLUS profit share from the role on top
