Role Description The Senior Architect/Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. The role involves leading end-to-end design projects, from concept development and space planning to detailed drawings, material selection, and final execution. Responsibilities include collaborating closely with clients to understand requirements, presenting design proposals and mood boards, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring that project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The Senior Architect/Interior Designer will supervise junior team members, review design documentation, and oversee site visits to monitor progress and resolve design or technical issues. The role requires balancing creative vision with practical constraints to deliver refined, functional, and cohesive spaces aligned with the firm’s design philosophy. Qualifications Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including space planning, construction detailing, and interior design principles. Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools) and the ability to integrate these into the design workflow. Proven Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and supervision of on-site work. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, vendors, and clients, with clear and professional communication. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized institution. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality design, ideally with a focus on luxury interiors. Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, detailing, material knowledge, and execution of sophisticated, contemporary-classic interiors. Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced studio environment.
