About the RoleAs an Account Manager (Opener), you'll be the first point of contact with merchants. Your role is to identify opportunities by reaching out to merchants, understanding their situation, and qualifying those who are ready to discuss resolving their accounts.You'll work directly under a Senior Account Manager, building your own pipeline of qualified merchants. Once a merchant is ready to move forward, you'll introduce them to your Senior Account Manager, who will negotiate the settlement agreement and payment plan. You'll earn commission on every successful deal generated from your pipeline, in addition to your annual salary.
ResponsibilitiesContact merchants using company-provided leads and assigned accountsBuild rapport with business owners and identify merchants interested in resolving their obligationsQualify opportunities and transition them to your Senior Account ManagerBuild and maintain your own pipeline of active merchantsMaintain accurate notes and follow-up activity within our systemMeet daily and weekly outreach goals
