Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig LLP – a nationally recognized, AV-rated civil litigation firm – is seeking a talented attorney to join our Tampa office in our First-Party Property Coverage practice group. This dynamic team handles complex first-party property matters at all stages, including pre-suit coverage analysis and litigation.

Ideal candidates will possess:
A minimum of 1-3 years of insurance defense experience who is eager to grow in a collaborative and fast-paced legal environment.Exceptional writing analytical and oral advocacy skillsStrong time management and communication abilitiesA detail-oriented mindsetA collaborative, team-first attitudeThe ability to manage multiple projects and respond to urgent matters effectivelyExperience handling first-party property coverage disputes, insurance defense cases, including, but not limited to, policy analysis, EUO’s, depositions, drafting of pleadings and motions, mediations
