We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Manager to build our presence in the North American market and drive new logo acquisition .

This is a hunter role for someone who enjoys opening doors, creating relationships from scratch, building a strong pipeline, and closing new business.

• Identify and acquire new clients across the US and Canada
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Prospect into CXOs, technology leaders, product leaders, and business decision-makers
• Drive the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to proposals, negotiations, and closure
• Develop account strategies for target companies and industries
• Leverage outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, referrals, events, partnerships, and other channels to generate opportunities
• Work closely with our technology and delivery teams to shape solutions and proposals
• Build long-term relationships with newly acquired customers and identify opportunities for expansion
• Consistently achieve revenue and new-logo targets

• 6+ years of B2B technology sales / business development experience
• Strong experience selling IT services, software engineering, digital transformation, AI, cloud, or product engineering services
• Demonstrated track record of winning new logos in North America
• Strong understanding of the US technology buying landscape
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to engage confidently with CXO and senior technology stakeholders
• A strong network in the North American technology ecosystem is a major plus
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in a target-driven environment
